How do I setup an account with Memographics?
How much does it cost?
The data solution itself has no cost to use, neither does the establishment of your account. You only pay for what you print. Contact us to receive an updated price list.
What are your delivery times?
Service sheets and portraits that are ordered before noon on a weekday will usually be delivered next weekday. Memorial books and thank you cards are produced and sent within 5 working days of ordering.
Can I receive training in the system?
Yes! All new customers are offered training. We can take it by phone, video meeting or we can visit you.
Does Memographics have an app?
We are working with a new app where you can see all your orders, upload images and do proofreading.
Do we need large storage space for files when using Memographics?
No, Memographics is an online system where everything is stored automatically on our servers.
Is there a binding period signing up for Memographics?
No. If you want to end the service, you are free to do so whenever you want and as soon as you want.
Who is responsible for getting sample materials to the Funeral home?
We are of course responsible for sample materials to your meeting rooms.
Can I as a private person order from Memographics?
No, you can not, but there are many Funeral homes in the United Kingdom that are customers of us. Please contact your local Funeral home and see if they use us, if not, ask them to contact us and we can set up an account for them.
